  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?

    Yes. You can move between Base, Middle, and Gold at any time — we'll prorate the difference and adjust your monthly plan going forward.

  • What's included in the setup fee vs. the monthly fee?

    The setup fee covers building your website and initial local SEO setup. The monthly fee covers hosting, ongoing SEO maintenance, and the support level listed in your tier.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

    No long-term contract is required. Plans run month-to-month, so you can adjust your package as your business needs change.

  • Is the online store add-on available on every package?

    Online store setup and management is included starting with the Gold package. If you're on Base or Middle and want an online store, chat with us about adding it.

  • How do I pay for my package?

    You can pay securely online using our Order & Pay Online portal, or reach out via chat and we'll walk you through it.
